All costume sales are final. Costumes are nonrefundable under any circumstances.

Exchanges may be allowed if available, and will incur an exchange fee of $15–$25 per costume.

Unclaimed costumes: Any costumes not picked up by July 2026 will be considered abandoned and donated.
