July 2020 Closure
5678 Dance Families –
I am sure everyone is aware of the new State and County-wide mandate that is in effect immediately. This of course impacts 5678 Dance Studio and unfortunately, I will have close the studio AGAIN. Since there is no time frame for this new mandate, I have made the decision to close for the rest of the month of July. If you have any questions or concerns, email is the best form of communication at this time as the phones will not be monitored regularly.
If you have a dancer enrolled in the 2020-2021 season, tuition and registration fee payments will be pushed to August 1st for August tuition. Clients on autopay for the 15th will not be charged on the July 15th for August tuition. If plans to open change before that date, please rest assured we will communicate plans regarding tuition payment before then. As a reminder, if your child is on a waitlist for a class, you will not be charged for that class unless a spot becomes available for your child.
If at this time you have already registered for the upcoming season and are planning on not returning, please contact us via email at and we can drop you from your classes. If you have already paid your registration fee and August tuition, we can refund those items for you. Please note – if you choose to drop, you are forfeiting your spot in the class, and it will be open to those on the waitlist or open for new students to take if there is no waitlist. Your spot will not be saved.
Since there is no way to predict upcoming mandates and which businesses will be affected, I will continue to keep you informed on the status of the Dance Studio. As soon as I can open the Dance Studio I will.
I appreciate your continued support. I know how hard this closure is on everyone, especially the kids. I know that this was one of the only things that was “normal” for them right now. We hope to be able to reopen soon.
